3 & 4 year old funding information
These fees are set by the Committee of Management and are subject to change depending on the budget. Fees will generally undergo a CPI increase at the start of a new year.
Funding for hours of Three-Year-Old and Four Year Old Kindergarten:
The pro-rata approach for Three & 4 Year-Old Kindergarten will be applied regardless of whether the program is delivered in a long day care.
Kindergarten programs delivering 15 hours per week, per child, can receive up to $2,000 per enrolled child, based on delivery setting.
3 year olds (minimum 2 days), 4 year olds (minimum 3 days)

Fees can be directly deposited by the 15th and the end of each month. At this stage we don’t have credit card or direct debit facilities. The preferred method of payment is by net banking.
Please be sure to include a reference using your child’s name. (NO CASH PLEASE).
With the enrolment pack you will also receive a fee payment agreement to be signed by the parent/guardian paying the fees.
Childcare Subsidy (CCS) Some families are entitled to the CCS from the Commonwealth Government. The Child Care Subsidy will be paid directly to child care services to be passed on to families as a fee reduction. Families will make a co-contribution to their child care fees and pay to the child care service the difference between the fee charged and the subsidy amount. The amount that can be claimed is dependent on the family’s income and level of activity.

The full day fee must be paid, even if your child does not attend for the full day. Fees are payable monthly in advance, from your child’s start date. If there is delay in paying fees for two months or more and no payment plans are arranged, we will request that the child will be withdrawn from the centre.
Fees can be paid by internet banking – this can be organised by contacting our office. When paying via internet, please be sure to include your child’s name as a reference.
We are unable to accept cash payments.
